All users, note you can only sync one library per computer. PC users make sure you are not saving the library to OneDrive. If you're not sure how to find the hard drive on your Mac, watch this video. Mac users, Mac typically saves to iCloud by default. Libraries saved to iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, university networked drives, or other cloud locations run the risk of corrupting over time! The best locations to store a library are on the PC C: drive or the desktop. Both Mac and PC users, your library needs to be saved to the hard drive of your computer.Both of these files must live in the same location (same folder) and have the same name in order for the library to work.
